This was a very busy weekend!
Danny went strawberry picking for the very first time. He picked approximately 4 berries and then decided that farming was not for him.
While I spent the remainder of the time filling up my basket, Danny took pictures like the one above.
…and then decided it was far more entertaining to take pictures of me looking like some weird rodent. I am only posting this one because he dared me to.
A big purchase was made after we left the strawberry patch.

While we were away, Gracie enjoyed her time at Dogs at Play…
Clearly that is the face of a dog who is dearly missing her parents and cannot wait for them to get home and pick her up.
All day Sunday has been spent hanging around the house, doing laundry and all sorts of other fun household chores. I also managed to go for a run this morning . Let’s just say that after being sidelined with a bum ankle and then the stomach flu – my stamina is not in the best of places right now.
I wish that the weekends did not fly by so quickly – but, I suppose that makes me appreciate time off that much more.
