Our condo has gone on the market in the past month and we are just now starting to get some showings. It is kind of exciting, because we really, really want to get this place sold. But, on the other hand, it sucks because we never know if or when we are going to get the call that someone wants to see the place.
We have a new morning routine that involves tidying the bedroom up/opening all the shades/cleaning all the counter tops/getting rid of any and all dog related items.
This evening I was taking a shower and my cell phone rang. I assumed it was Danny calling to tell me he was on the way home, so, I didn’t rush to answer it. Turns out it was the MLS listing people calling because someone wanted to see the property from 6:30-7:30. They called me at roughly 6:10 to give me this information. I know that we can always decline the showing, but, I really hate to do that because we DESPERATELY want to get this place sold.
It is what it is – which is totally inconvenient. So much for the nice, homemade dinner I was planning on tonight.
